Owing to the perishable nature of our products and services, we do not facilitate refunds or exchanges in cases where a client expresses dissatisfaction with the selected color palette, design or last minute client cancellation. This policy is a result of our detailed proposal and mock-up procedures. It is important to acknowledge that floral design is an art form. By engaging our services, you place your trust in our expertise and creative process. Refunds or store credits will be considered on an individual basis, primarily in instances where there are quality concerns regarding the items listed on your invoice or if we encounter challenges in delivering the specified products or services.
